terratalent is a subsidiary of terassign GmbH and advises companies and cities on the sustainable recruitment of skilled workers from emerging markets. The focus is on East and West Africa, Turkey, and India.

The consulting covers both academic and non-academic profiles across various sectors. We collaborate with universities, training institutes, and coding schools. We initiate networks and educational partnerships with the aim of preparing skilled workers to effectively fill skill gaps in Germany, whether through remote work models or relocation.
